If the products are damaged or ruined during transportation, you may return them within 3 days of receiving the parcel, providing proof of purchase, and we will replace the product without additional shipping charges. You can also replace the item if there is change in size. Normally, returns won’t happen because we sell high-quality imported products. We cannot accept returns for other reasons, such as a change of heart.
